Our Big V Youth League squads continued Geelong United’s winning ways over the weekend, with a perfect 4 from 4 both on the road and at home.
Both teams are back in action this weekend with a home double header coming up on Sunday – Keep an eye on our Geelong United Basketball socials for all the details.
SUPER CAMPS ARE HERE:
School holidays are here, and Super Camps are back!
Get ready for an exciting basketball extravaganza at AWA Alliance Bank Stadium!
Super Camps will be delivered by head coach, recent Geelong United WNBL signee Sarah Elsworthy.
The girls only Super Camp will be delivered by head coach, NBL1 fan favourite, Lasha Petree.

Our first sessions today have been and gone, but there’s still time to take your game to the next level!
Geelong United Basketballβs second Step Above Skills Session is on tomorrow (July 2nd) – Full Court Fundamentals.
Delivered by Simon Nicholson (GUB Coach & Athlete Development Manager), these sessions are for VJBL athletes and others wanting to improve their skills by attending one or both sessions. Each session will be focused on specific skills based development that will help all athletes better their game.

VJBL LASERQUEST UNITED TEAMS OF THE WEEK:
Friday gave us another big night of VJBL action once again.
The Laserquest United Teams Of The Week honours this week though go to the U14G2 team, who snagged a 2 point win over Broadmeadows, and the U14B7 squad, who were 7 point winners over Ballarat.
