George Blagojevic is back for season 2025.
Signing on the dotted line for the upcoming NBL1 South season, George will be looking to continue the form which saw him crowned co club MVP alongside DeMarcus Gatlin last season.
George’s contract extension comes off the back of some big contributions throughout the 2024 season, averaging 19.4 points, 8.4 rebounds and 3.35 assists per game. “Super excited to be back at Geelong United,” said George, who is now entering his fifth season with the club.
Goerge now joins fellow long standing teammate DeMarcus Gatlin, along with a few more familiar faces, plus some new recruits all set to be announced in the coming weeks. “We have a really solid group. Adding some great pieces to an already stacked core group from last year,” George said. “Hopefully we can learn from last years mistakes, get off to a good start and push for a championship.”
